RE: Dew point / bubble point?

Answered

Hi, I was a little confused when watching your videos, you say to use dew point for superheat, and bubble point for sub cooling.

But, as far as I see it, dew point would occur in a condenser, and bubble point would occur in an evaporator? Would it not?

Any info greatly appreciated

I understand completely about the use of dew and bubble for temperature glide in blends, but I’m not sure I understand your first answer, in that you say bith bubble point and dew point occur in the evaporator and in the condenser, I can see that in the condenser, yes, but we would never have 100% liquid in the evaporator at any point would we? Say 80% liquid at the most? Maybe a little over that.
